Our services include but are not limited to software development, mobile application development, web development, custom APIs, graphics design, animations, and data science. The specifics of the services will be outlined in project agreements.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. You are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any required resources or access to facilitate the work.
Project Agreements
For each project, a separate agreement will be established outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and any other relevant terms. Both parties must agree to and sign these project agreements.
Fees and Payments
Details of fees and payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreements. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the suspension of services or termination of the project.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created as part of our services, including but not limited to source code, graphics, and animations, will be outlined in the project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, the client will have ownership of the final deliverables upon full payment.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project or services with written notice if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Pakistan.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
